Quality Assurance Manager

Well-established manufacturing plant in the greater McAlester, OK area has immediate need for a Quality Manager. This position reports to the Plant Manager and is a key member of the plant leadership team. The Quality Manager will have 7 direct reports.
This is a machining and assembly operation producing a low-volume, high-quality product. The Quality Manager will interact with suppliers on non-conformance issues with materials. The QM will also interact with customers to resolve any complaints. Also responsible for Quality inspection and testing.
Qualified candidates will have BS degree (prefer Engineering or related Technical degree) along with at least 7 years experience in manufacturing. Prior Management experience is required.
This premier plant is part of a large corporation with more than 30 manufacturing sites. This is a top-performing facility within the corporation. Sales have more than doubled since 2020 for this plant.
