As our new Billing Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Resolving partner billing inquiries through various communication channels
- Collaborating with other departments to address billing issues
- Assisting with past due collections efforts
- Maintaining accurate billing and collections information in Salesforce
- Developing a strong understanding of our billing processes
- Reconciling client accounts, including those with multiple currencies
What We're Looking For in a Billing Analyst:
- Recent graduate with relevant work experience or transferable skills
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build professional relationships
