Our client is seeking an accounts payable specialist with strong hands-on experience managing the accounts payable function for a midsized company. This role will be a stand-alone Accounts Payable specialist and will work closely with the Controller. This role will be a temp to perm role that is hybrid with flexible hours. Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares and processes payments for vendor invoices. Reviews purchase orders, statements, and invoices to verify for payment. Record and reconcile credit card transactions. Responds to client inquiries and resolves any discrepancies. Other Special Projects as needed. Skills Required: Minimum of 2 years accounting experience. Attention to detail, well-organized Outstanding written and oral communication skills Must be a "self-starter," able to work independently. This is a part-time role. Should average 20-25 hours with a flexible work schedule.
