Responsibilities:

* Cleaning parts

* Select appropriate procedures, techniques, tools, and equipment.

* Reading and understanding blueprints, route sheets, and test specifications.

* Perform basic mathematical calculations

* Demonstrate product and process knowledge by applying it to newly learned techniques.

Education and Experience:

* High School Diploma / GED

* 0-2 years industry related experience in assembly in a manufacturing environment

* May require soldering certification per customer requirements.

Skills and Knowledge:

* Possess strong mechanical reasoning.

* Able to implement and effectively apply lean initiatives

* Ability to work in a team environment.

* Ability to effectively demonstrate team member competencies and participate in goal setting, performance feedback, and self-development activities

* Effective verbal, written, and basic computer skills.

* Able to interpret reports and use standard business software applications.

* Able to use employee self-service to access on-line information and use specialized automated systems (i.e. PMR, TORS, e-mail).

* Limpieza de piezas

* Seleccionar procedimientos, tcnicas, herramientas y equipos apropiados.

* Lectura y comprensin de planos, hojas de ruta y especificaciones de prueba.

Educacin y experiencia:

* Diploma de preparatoria / GED

* 0-2 aos de experiencia relacionada con la industria en ensamblaje en un entorno de fabricacin.

* Puede requerir certificacin de soldadura segn los requisitos del cliente.

Habilidades y conocimientos:

* Poseer fuerte razonamiento mecnico.

* Capaz de implementar y aplicar eficazmente iniciativas lean.

*Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente de equipo.

* Capacidad para demostrar eficazmente las competencias de los miembros del equipo y participar en el establecimiento de objetivos, retroalimentacin sobre el desempeo y actividades de autodesarrollo.

* Habilidades efectivas verbales, escritas e informticas bsicas.

* Capaz de interpretar informes y utilizar aplicaciones de software comerciales estndar.
