The Opportunity This is a 100% commission‑based role designed for elite sales hunters who thrive on autonomy and are motivated by unlimited earning potential. You will be instrumental in introducing our innovative energy storage systems to a network of solar installers, integrators and other B2B clients across the world. You own your territory and your relationships, and you are directly rewarded for your success. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and develop a robust pipeline of new business opportunities within the residential and commercial energy storage market. Channel Development: Build and manage strong, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders, including solar installers, integrators and other B2B clients. Strategic Selling: Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations (virtual and in‑person) to technical and non‑technical audiences, effectively communicating the value proposition and product benefits of our systems. Deal Closure: Skillfully negotiate contracts and close high‑value deals, managing the sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement. Market Intelligence: Serve as the “eyes and ears” in the field, providing valuable feedback on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Collaboration: Work closely with our internal technical and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to installation. Who You Are A proven sales hunter with a verifiable track record of success in a commission‑only sales role. Experience in B2B sales, or related solar energy storage sales, is highly preferred. A natural relationship‑builder with an established network of contacts in the solar, renewable energy industries is a significant advantage. A self‑motivated, entrepreneurial spirit who requires minimal supervision. You are disciplined, organized, and driven by achieving and exceeding targets. An exceptional communicator and negotiator, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner. Tech‑savvy and proficient with CRM systems (e.g., ZOHO) and video conferencing tools.
