Sales Consultant – Lindora Weight Loss & Wellness

Dallas, TX | $23/hour + Commission | Part-Time (3 Days/Week)

is a premier metabolic center in Dallas, TX. We help clients transform their health and confidence every day — and we're looking for a part-time Sales Consultant who thrives on building relationships, hitting targets, and confidently upselling services to help clients achieve the best results.

What You'll Do

  • Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per working day to leads and past clients.
  • Follow up with warm leads, re-engage old ones, and convert them into consultations and sales.
  • Update and manage all leads in the CRM system consistently and accurately.
  • Engage with the community to help bring in new business and new leads.
  • Conduct in-studio consultations, confidently present programs, and upselling add-on services/packages.
  • Perform body contouring service (training provided).
  • Deliver client concierge services to ensure exceptional and personalized client experience.
  • Schedule client appointments and ensure a smooth, friendly, and professional experience.
  • Encourage and collect positive client reviews to grow the studio's online presence.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment.
  • Work closely with the clinical and operations teams to ensure an exceptional client journey.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals to maximize commissions and bonuses.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales background (wellness, med spa, fitness, or retail preferred)
  • Strong upselling and closing skills
  • Excellent communication — in person and over the phone
  • CRM or lead management experience (a plus)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Friendly, professional, and passionate about wellness

Schedule

  • Part-time position — 3 days a week (2 weekdays & Saturdays 8 am – 12 pm)
  • Weekday availability required; all Saturday mornings needed.
