Instead, we prioritize elegant storytelling, sophisticated design, and radical empathy for our customers. The Opportunity We’re scaling quickly and redefining what modern clinical wellness looks like Art Director to help lead that visual evolution. Key Responsibilities Brand Design & Creative Execution Design and produce all digital and print assets across web, email, social, sales, retail, and experiential channels. Own execution and production - from layout, typography, color, and retouching to prepping final files for web and print. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, design systems, and templates for multiple brands under the mBIOTA Labs umbrella. Translate strategic briefs into cohesive, polished creative that captures our clinical and lifestyle narratives. Build campaign decks, renderings, and creative toolkits for internal and external presentations. Website & Digital Experience Lead all web-related design updates - homepage refreshes, product pages, landing pages, and campaign integrations. Partner with digital and marketing teams to ensure visual cohesion across paid and organic experiences. Design email templates, banners, and web graphics optimized for brand storytelling and conversion. Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and platforms. Social, Content & Campaign Art Direction Partner with the Social Media Lead and Brand Marketing Manager to concept and execute digital campaigns and storytelling content. Support photoshoots - from pre-production planning and creative boards to on-set execution and post-production delivery. Create motion and static assets optimized for social platforms, ensuring they ladder up to brand and campaign narratives. Retail, Packaging & Sales Collateral Design packaging, end-caps, and in-store materials that reflect our premium, science-meets-design positioning. Create renderings and mockups for trade shows, retail builds, and pop-up experiences. Develop sales tools, product one-sheets, and educational materials for both consumer and healthcare professional (HCP) audiences. Manage all print production and vendor relationships, ensuring color accuracy, materials quality, and consistency across applications. Activations, Events & Experiential Concept and design all creative elements for activations, trade shows, and events - signage, invitations, printed collateral, booth graphics, menus, and visual displays. Work cross-functionally to ensure every event touchpoint aligns with brand identity and delivers an elevated, cohesive experience. Creative Oversight & Brand Governance Serve as the brand guardian across all visual outputs - internal, partner, and agency. Review and provide creative feedback to external partners on advertising, campaign creative, and digital assets. Ensure all partner deliverables uphold mBIOTA’s visual standards, tone, and design integrity. Maintain a consistent, elevated creative standard across every expression of the brand. What You Bring 5–8 years of experience in art direction or design, ideally within beauty, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle brands. Equal strength in concept development, design execution, and production. High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Figma; motion or 3D rendering experience is a plus. Manage creative project workflows and timelines in Asana, ensuring visibility, alignment, and on-time delivery across all teams and partners. Deep understanding of web and print production workflows - including file optimization, and vendor management. Experience designing for retail or CPG brands - packaging, merchandising, and in-store displays. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple creative streams simultaneously. Comfort in a fast-paced start-up environment where flexibility and initiative matter.
