Duration: 4 Months ContractWork Locations: Santa Monica, CA / New York, NY (Onsite) Job Description: From inception through launch, you will be responsible for delivering ambitious data-driven concepts that translate needs and constraints into simple, intuitive, customer-focused solutions.You will be equally strong at concept and execution, articulating end-to-end experiences, and turning that vision into high-quality experiences.This could include user interface designs for voice and screen, interaction models, prototypes, and interactive advertising campaigns.You balance your passion for inspired, compelling, elegant, and intuitive designs with a highly analytical nature, precise execution, and a drive to design, build, and deliver. Key job responsibilities:Be customer-obsessed. Think strategically.Partner with strategists, copywriters, designers, program managers, developers, and producers to create customer-focused solutions that deliver on advertiser objectivesConcept, design, and execute innovative ad campaigns and experiences for global brandsCreate campaigns under the guidance of Creative Directors, collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external agency partnersDeliver high-quality designs and stellar art direction for campaigns across different clients’ touch pointsIn-depth understanding of Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPointData-driven and obsessed with understanding customers and making work that delivers resultsPresent ideas and campaigns to internal stakeholders as well as external agencies and clientsProven ability to ideate for film, print, digital, out-of-home, experiential, and socialAbility to manage multiple projects at one time to meet aggressive deadlinesWorking through creative messaging feedback with Legal and PRQualifications:8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experienceHas a deep understanding of Telecommunications and EntertainmentExcellent presentation skills and interactive storytelling abilityA fascination with innovation and technologyData-driven and obsessed with the measurable impact of a campaignStrong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and process, visual design skills, and interactive/digital advertising experiences that solve for a customer/business problemStrong organization and collaboration skillsExceptional at your craft and a critical project ownerAbility to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multitaskIn-depth understanding of industry design tools (Ex, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Figma)Portfolio: should include a variety of brands, 360 campaignsTop Must-Haves:8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experienceHas a deep understanding of Telecommunications and EntertainmentPowerPoint, Photoshop, and Figma experienceAbout US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on demand and total workforce solutions.
