Hours: 7am-3:30pm, M-F
Location: Boise, ID 83705
Position Type: Direct Hire

Qualifications
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years in a maintenance technician position (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, construction, etc.)
  • Excellent attendance
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs
  • Ability to work at heights without issues

Job Responsibilities:
  • General maintenance and repair work
  • Facilities Maintenance Technician includes doing a variety basic maintenance work and small repairs.
  • Working in and on and around Machinery in Manufacturing Environment
  • Special Projects, Including Construction, Framing, Drywall, Paint, Metal cutting and grinding
  • Network Cable installation, cameras etc.
  • Includes plumbing, valves, pvc, copper lines
  • Includes some equipment repairs and modification.
  • Basic electrical repair, switches, lighting etc
  • Fabricator, Carpenter Work, Roofing, Vehicle repairs.
  • Safety checklists, fire extinguisher inspections
  • Forklift Driver, Vehicle driver, Scissor Lift Operator
  • This work requires good dexterity and ability to use hand tools and requires a lot of standing, bending, stooping, climbing to work on ladders, scissor lift, mezzanines and machinery.
  • The environment presents risks that can lead to cuts, strains and other injuries, so an attention to detail and a focus on safety are crucial.
  • Attention to detail is required
  • Proper disposal of fluids, oils, coolants, filters and any other waste
  • Keeps work clean and tidy
  • Capable of proper use of Trade related Hand & Power tools
  • Proper utilization of Equipment Manuals to perform assigned task to designated standards
  • OEM Specific Training on equipment as needed
  • Follow all Ace Co Policies, Safety Policies, and Environmental Requirements
  • Satisfactory Perform Tasks from verbal or written instruction, Work Orders & PM forms as assigned by Manager
  • Accurate reporting of Equipment needs & requirements
  • Collect analytical Data from Machinery for collection & Diagnostics
  • Safety PPE use
