NEXT Door & Window has been serving Chicagoland homeowners for over 20 years and has an excellent reputation in the market. We expanded into Madison Wisconsin in 2022 and expect revenue to double there in 2024. We are planning for significant growth this year from an exciting new partnership with Costco and an expanded local event marketing schedule. Your responsibility will be to engage with Costco shoppers and discuss their needs for window and door replacement, distribute brochures and other marketing materials, and obtain the information required to schedule a free in-home estimate.

We are offering both full-time and part-time schedules for this opportunity, with a competitive pay-rate and unlimited bonuses based off your personal lead generation performance. This position will begin training in the office during the week of 06/24/2024, with an in-store launch date of 07/01/2024.

*Costco Brand Promoter Skills Needed:*



* Customer service experience

* Detail oriented

* Ability to stay self-motivated

* Ability to use electronic devices (cell phone/tablet)

* Ability to use company web-based CRM (training provided)

* Receptive to feedback/coaching

* Event marketing experience a plus


*Costco Brand Promoter Basic Requirements:*



* Energetic and outgoing, unafraid to engage with members

* Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

* Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to Costco warehouses

* Must be able to stand or sit for 8+ hours daily

* Able to work a varying schedule (hours/warehouse locations)

* Weekend availability a must
