Paradise Grills, America’s LARGEST Outdoor Kitchen Manufacturer and Retailer, is looking for an outgoing, high-energy and results-driven Marketing Director to join our rapidly growing team.


The ideal candidate will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for each of our showrooms
  • Organic search engine optimization
  • Analyze and track performance marketing performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners
  • Manage marketing budget and show project ROI
  • Research target audience and discover current trends
  • Create engaging text, video, and image content
  • Monitor web traffic and build strategies to increase traffic


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Self starter with the drive to take a task and run with it
