Safety, Quality, and People are at the heart of everything we do — all within a dynamic and inclusive work environment.About the RoleAs Warehouse Manager, you will develop and maintain operational procedures for receiving, warehousing, material picking, staging, and delivery to production, ensuring material availability, safety, quality, and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). A critical goal is to manage inventory with a focus on high accuracy, supporting production and customer requirements. In addition, you will lead all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics to support rig and spare parts sales.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee inventory management, including receiving, warehousing, picking, shipping, and maintaining strong control of parts and materials to prevent loss or shortages.Recruit, develop, and promote team members within warehouse and logistics operations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply operations for internal and external customers.Maintain strong control of parts and materials to prevent loss or shortages.Coordinate rig shipping to meet customer needs in a cost-effective manner.Ensure compliance with trade regulations and maintain proper documentation.Provide a safe working environment; identify and correct unsafe conditions or habits, including proper handling of hazardous materials in accordance with regulations.Maintain site conditions using lean principles.Job Candidate RequirementsAbility to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis without sponsorship10+ years in a manufacturing environment with warehousing, inventory control, and logistics experience.5+ years in a leadership role managing and developing teams.High School Diploma or GED required; advanced education a plus.Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively.Innovative mindset with strong safety and quality focus.Logical, methodical problem-solving approach for continuous improvement.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); ERP experiencePaid vacation with up to 80 hours rollover.Paid parental leave (eligibility after 12 months).401(k) with 5% annual salary contribution + 50% match on the first 6% (eligibility after 90 days).Tuition reimbursement and professional development support.A diverse, inclusive workplace where innovation thrives.How to ApplyApply online at https://www.sandvik.com/careers for the Warehouse Manager position, Job Req.
