Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage resource assignment, budget, scheduling, and scope prioritization through project plans and JIRA dashboards
  • Work through trade-offs when there are competing business demands
  • Act as Production single-point-of-contact and serve as primary liaison between Product Management, Creative Development, Technology, 3rd party vendors and offshore partners
  • Manage and work with cross discipline team members to validate project assumptions and review individual project plans with senior leadership
  • Insure all projects within channel are staying on schedule and budget
  • Act as primary escalation path for any production-related issues for assigned projects
  • Responsible for leading projects to on time, on budget delivery
  • Coordinate execution of the project across the Creative Development and Production, Technology and Business Development teams
  • Document the scope of work with help from cross discipline functional leads
  • Validate that scope can be completed within timeline and budget
  • Develop the project plan and schedule with cross discipline functional leads
  • Ensure every necessary step to complete project is accounted for in project plan
  • Clearly organize and forecast deliverables and dependencies
  • Ensure proactive scheduling of all aspects of the project delivery
  • Manage the full lifecycle of projects from requirements through launch and project close
  • Lead and manage estimation sessions with help from functional leads
  • Manage day-to-day tasks of US based and Offshore teams and have in-depth involvement to allow for early identification of potential risks and issues in order to proactively mitigate impacts
  • Manage project scope and execute internal and client change controls when additional requests for features or functionality are made
  • Review internal change control requests and provide recommendations to executive leadership
  • Escalate situations that may require Executive intervention
  • Manage project risks, issues, and next steps to ensure quality delivery
  • Maintain project quality ensuring quality metrics are within thresholds
  • Ensure on-time project deliverables submission internally and to the client
  • Responsible for obtaining client sign-off for all project deliverables
  • Provide weekly status reports and regular updates to internal and client leadership
  • Confidently lead, motivate, influence and drive progress
  • Work both collaboratively and independently while maintaining a high level of productivity
  • Must be able to work under tight timetables, evolving processes and pressure situations
  • Project Management tool experience – MS Project, JIRA etc.
  • Preferably has experience in managing custom development projects using Flutter, Angular and Java technologies
  • Must have experience managing offshore teams and 3rd party vendors
