We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Sales Manager with a background in architecture or real estate to lead our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll turn online leads into Formx clients, develop creative sales strategies, and help shape how we grow. You’ll play a key role in expanding our customer base, achieving sales goals, and ensuring every client has an exceptional experience from first conversation to project kickoff. What You’ll Do Master the consultative sales process for premium, high-value single family homes and ADUs, guiding clients through a complex design and construction decision journey. Build trust quickly with clients, understanding their lifestyle goals and translating them into customized design solutions. Collaborate with architects and designers to personalize proposals and elevate perceived value. Translate customer insights into actionable feedback for product, design, and operations teams. Collaborate closely with the design and architecture team to ensure sales commitments align with delivery capabilities. Develop scalable processes for proposals, pricing, and client onboarding. Represent FormX as a thought leader in modern homebuilding and construction technology. Partner with marketing to craft narratives that communicate FormX’s differentiation in the ADU and single-family market. Participate in local events, conferences, and real estate partnerships to strengthen brand visibility. Champion the full client journey—from first inquiry to handover—ensuring satisfaction and generating referrals. Create follow-up systems to maintain client engagement and build long-term relationships. Recruit, train, and inspire a world-class sales team that embodies FormX’s vision and brand values. Build a high-performance culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration. What We’re Looking For 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, within the architecture, design, or real estate industries. Bachelor’s degree in a related field, highly preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach and motivate teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and sales pipelines. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Google Workspace. Highly organized, analytical, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
