Advertising Sales ManagerJob Location: Mountain view, CA Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite About the Role Baidu Global Business Team is seeking a motivated and results-driven Advertising Sales Manager to join our team. We have built a new AI-powered advertising platform (Demand Side Platform, or DSP) in the market and are looking to tackle the performance industry with a focus on data-driven outcomes, leveraging our 22 years of advertising expertise to power our algorithm. This is an opportunity to be on the ground floor of the fastest growing DSP in the market and we are looking for a sales leader to guide our efforts. Bring relationships with performance display advertisers to Baidu MediaGo DSP to help clients drive performance (CPC/CPA/CPL) outcomes Independently build a large pipeline of sales leads (direct response, lead generation, personal finance, insurance, direct-to-consumer etc.) to drive test IOs for consistent deal flow Work with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations, ensure successful campaign delivery and help set the expectation for future potential growth Own the end-to-end pitch process for select upper-funnel advertiser clients Manage a robust pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rate and revenue Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, as well as competitors’ offerings and strategies. Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of experience selling digital media, with a focus on performance native and display advertising Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in performance advertising, including prospecting, navigating complex organizations, and closing deals with key decision-makers Strong relationship-building skills with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders to drive trust, retention, and long-term partnerships Proactive in developing new client relationships through calls, emails, social media, in-person meetings, and networking events Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather business intelligence, identify trends, and leverage data to inform sales strategies and client recommendations What We Offer: Competitive salary and commission structure.
