Architect and lead the design of ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB solutions tailored to business needs. Define and enforce CMDB data models, discovery strategies, and integration patterns. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security through best practices and governance. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams and solution analysts . Drive continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and process optimization. Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends. About the Team You’ll be joining a globally distributed ServiceNow team with colleagues located across multiple office locations. The team is composed of a Product Owner , Solution Analysts , a Technical Architect , and engineers who specialize in key areas including Configuration Management Database (CMDB) , IT Service Management (ITSM) , and the Service Catalog . Together, we drive innovation and deliver scalable solutions that support enterprise-wide service delivery and operational excellence. Hours of Work The position follows standard business hours, typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with additional hours as needed to support project deliverables, deadlines and critical business needs .
