Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $72,000.00/yr ABOUT THE COMPANY: Team 360 Staffing is a staffing and recruitment agency connecting job seekers with the right opportunities across industries. Job Summary: We are looking for a customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to manage and nurture relationships with our existing accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer partnerships, understanding client needs, and ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Location: Chicago, IL (territory-based) Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers in your territory. Maintain and strengthen relationships by understanding customer needs and providing solutions. Conduct periodic account visits, product updates, and check-ins. Collaborate with internal teams (production, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and problem resolution. Identify opportunities to expand product use within existing accounts. Track and report on customer interactions, feedback, and opportunities for service improvement. Attend occasional industry events or trade shows as needed to support customers and promote our products. Qualifications: Experience in account management, customer service, or outside sales in a B2B manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts effectively. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
