We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the daily operations, including production, shipping and receiving. Responsibilities include plant optimization to ensure maximum production, quantity and quality. The Operations Manager oversees all operations and production by working directly with and providing leadership to managers.


**Employment for this position is conditioned upon successfully passing certain pre-employment requirements.

This is a hands on position and not an office based role. The Operations Manager will be expected to be directly involved with production.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations to ensure safety
  • Develop plans that help operations run smoothly
  • Manage production
  • Collect and review data to reduce inefficiencies and waste
  • Work closely with department managers
  • Perform routine safety checks on equipment

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day Shift
  • M-F
  • Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
