Job Title: Administrative/Accounting Clerk III
Position Overview:
The Administrative/Accounting Clerk III will be responsible for providing advanced administrative and accounting support within a secure environment. The individual in this role will perform a variety of complex clerical and accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of administrative and accounting tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and financial reporting.
- Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with DOD 8140 standards and other relevant regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and other financial documents.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
- Manage sensitive information, ensuring it is handled and stored securely in compliance with Secret Clearance requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining files.
- Assist with audits and other financial reviews as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
