Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst. The role is based in South Easton, MA, with flexibility for some work‑from‑home arrangements. The Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial modeling, performing due diligence, assessing valuation metrics, and analyzing accounting data for potential acquisitions. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams, preparing reports, and presenting findings to support company growth strategies. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for assessing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights Expertise in Finance and experience in conducting Valuation and Due Diligence Knowledge and experience in conducting Due Diligence for mergers and acquisitions Proficiency in Accounting, including understanding of financial statements and reporting Excellent communication and presentation skills for effectively conveying findings to stakeholders Ability to work in a hybrid work environment (partially remote and on‑site) Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
