Job Overview

As a School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the educational experience for students with diverse needs across the different districts that our agency consults to. Your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) will allow you to develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans, ensuring that every child can thrive in a supportive learning environment. You'll collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to promote positive behavioral changes and skill acquisition programs.

What you'll do

-Design and implement effective ABA strategies tailored to each student's unique needs.

-Conduct thorough functional assessments to inform intervention planning.

-Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary.

-Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate behavioral strategies within the classroom setting.

-Provide training and support to school personnel on best practices for working with students with Autism and other developmental disabilities, and/or students with complex social emotional/behavioral presentations.

-Maintain accurate medical documentation, including medical records and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

-Engage in regular communication with key stakeholders regarding student progress and behavioral strategies, particularly as it complies with IEP requirements.

Basic qualifications

-Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.

-Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
