Senior Strategy Consulting Director Overview: We are searching for a highly strategic, analytically rigorous, and executive‑savvy leader to join our Digital Platforms and Artificial Intelligence Office (DPAIO) division’s Chief of Staff team directly supporting the Chief Digital Officer. This role provides high visibility and the opportunity to influence company‑wide initiatives with boardroom‑ready materials, insights, and strategies. If you have a track record from top‑tier consulting firms such as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG and a passion for driving transformation at the intersection of technology, innovation, and business growth, this is your chance to make a meaningful difference. Location: Associates are required to be in the office 3 days per week. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance or have an accommodation granted as required by law. Key Responsibilities: Design, author, and refine high‑impact executive presentations that synthesize business, technology, and operational considerations into actionable strategy. Develop and deliver board‑level and executive‑ready strategy materials, including technology investment roadmaps, market insights, and transformation plans. Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief of Staff and senior leaders, distilling complex ideas into compelling narratives, visual frameworks, and decision‑making tools. Apply structured problem‑solving methodologies rooted in strategy consulting best practices. Lead market analysis initiatives targeted at driving growth and oversee preparation of ROI analyses for senior management. Demonstrate thought leadership and innovative tendencies while executing strategy through seasoned relationship building and communication acumen. Facilitate large cross‑functional collaboration working sessions to align strategy. Develop realistic simulations to capture potential outcomes and future scenarios. Play a key role in driving enterprise‑wide strategy and innovation initiatives, as well as short‑ and long‑range planning processes. Travel may be required for executive off‑sites or stakeholder engagements. Minimum Requirements: BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting, change management, large‑scale project management, and/or process improvement leadership; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences: Progressive experience in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or enterprise transformation. Top‑tier management consulting background (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar). MBA or Master’s degree from a top‑tier institution. Experience developing C‑level presentations, managing executive stakeholders, and aligning cross‑functional teams on strategic roadmaps. High EQ, executive presence, and a confident storytelling approach that resonates with senior leaders. Thrives in ambiguity, builds structure from scratch, and navigates change with a solution‑oriented mindset. Healthcare experience preferred, but not required. Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $157,872 to $258,336. Locations: Illinois, New York.
