Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
- Temp Pay Rate: $25.23

Hours:  8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Negotiable) Monday - Friday

Start Date:  Early September until mid-January if not longer for maternity coverage.

What’s a typical day as an Assembler? You’ll be:
• Working in our Assembly Team under the direction of our VP of Operations/Finance
• Assembling electronic assemblies, subassemblies, RF modules, and systems according to quality management system guidelines
• Using standard measuring tools and techniques
• Performing wire termination, installation of wire harnesses, and installation of mechanical/electrical components
• Soldering components under a microscope
• Following IPC-A-610 (class 3) standard for soldering
• Conducting quality control inspections on production units

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School diploma or GED
• Have experience in electronic assembly
• Have experience in soldering under a microscope
• Can read calipers, micrometers, and blueprints
• Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Can use hand tools such as torque wrenches, cutters, pliers, screwdrivers, and soldering iron
• Have an understanding of IPC-A-610 or similar soldering and electronics assembly quality standards
• Have knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or any relevant ASQ certification (a plus)
