Write and optimize SQL queries to manage audience targeting and retrieve data from internal systems and data warehouses. Conduct thorough QA and peer reviews to uphold quality standards and regulatory compliance. Track campaign timelines, blockers, approvals, and performance metrics—proactively keeping stakeholders informed. Build strong relationships across CRM, Product, Engineering, and cross‑functional marketing teams. Contribute to ongoing tooling improvements, reusable modules, and process automation within the CRM ecosystem. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline—or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years in a technical marketing, CRM operations, or martech platform engineering role. Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC / ExactTarget) and/or Braze, Iterable, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, or similar. Proficiency in SQL for audience segmentation and data analysis. Familiarity with scripting for personalization (e.g., AMPscript, Liquid, or similar). Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for building and editing templates. Strong communication skills with the ability to distill technical topics for diverse audiences. High attention to detail, QA mindset, and accountability for accuracy in execution. Comfortable ramping up on proprietary tools and navigating complex internal systems. Collaborative, proactive, and solutions‑oriented approach to fast‑paced project work. Preferred Qualifications Experience with in‑house CRM or martech platforms, especially in a highly scaled or global context. Familiarity with AI‑driven marketing tools, recommendation engines, or dynamic content optimization frameworks. Experience supporting cross‑channel campaigns (email, push, in‑app, SMS). A track record of process improvements, automation, or documentation that improved team efficiency or data integrity.
