Position: LIMS Lab System Administrator
Location: Greater Boston, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Length: 6-12 months

Job Description:
Our client is looking for a LIMS Lab Systems Administrator who will play a crucial role in the administration and maintenance of laboratory systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Maintain and update workflows in LabWare LIMS systems to ensure operational efficiency.
Manage IT change requests and tickets.
Assist with system and instrument integrations, making necessary configuration changes.
Perform updates to master data to support routine business processes and improvements.
Address and resolve master data issues, while conducting routine administrative tasks.
Provide first-tier application support, addressing routine issues and assisting end-users with inquiries.
Support validation activities for ongoing projects to ensure compliance and quality.
Configure lab systems to interface various instruments, enhancing data collection and analysis.
Represent the company’s interests with Global LIMS, acting as a liaison between global and site functions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
Proven configuration and development experience with LabWare LIMS.
Strong knowledge of LabWare LIMS systems and the processes they support.
