STATEMENT OF WORK and Overview The FAPI Coordinator will take on projects in support of the SOFIE clinical development efforts of FAPI working under guidance from Sangeeta Kalra, the Director, FAPI Global Outreach Program.
Assisting the Fibroblast Activation Protein Inhibitor (FAPI) Material Transfer Agreement Program (MTA). This program has 300+ sites globally signed up.
Coordinate meetings with academic and industry partners to bring the requests from inquiry to material transfer.
Liaise with legal on outstanding requests.
Assist with logging material supplies in existing database.
Explore opportunities to optimize and automate data collection.
Work with customers and couriers on material shipment and management efforts.
Be available twice a month to visit the NJ Totowa facility in person to support with material shipment. (this is a nice to have if we are unable to find the right candidate that is in the region)
COMPENSATION AND DURATION Start date ASAP: August 1st, 2024
Duration: 1 year
Qualifications
· Four -year degree or equivalent in chemistry, health sciences, , business administration or closely related discipline · Must be able to manage and prioritize many assignments simultaneously and work under deadlines.
· Fluent in excel, outlook and word.
