Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills
Experience recruiting for Construction/Field Staff preferred
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
