Looking to join a Long Island based company with a project portfolio across the United States? Im partnered with an LI based GC/CM with luxury clients not only in NY but also in Florida, DC, California, New Jersey, Boston, Virginia, etc. In addition to their extensive retail interior fit-out project portfolio, this client services clients for ground up commercial projects, medical projects, fitness, and restaurants. Theyre looking for an experienced Superintendent to join the team.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5-10 years experience working on luxury retail projects and/or commercial projects as general/lead superintendent
  • Familiar with local laws, regulations and construction design
  • Experience working directly with high-end retail clients
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality, on-time, and within-budget projects in the luxury retail sector.
  • Proficient with construction programs (BlueBeam, ProCore, ect.)
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in coordinating and overseeing subcontractors, vendors, and tradespeople to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to quality standards
  • Open to traveling to East Coast projects preferred
