Datacom Technician

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot data communication systems and network equipment
Work with routers, switches, firewalls, and other network hardware
Test and analyze network performance
Provide technical support and resolve network-related issues
Create and maintain network documentation

Requirements:

Proven experience as a datacom technician
Knowledge of network protocols and technologies
Ability to work independently and in a team
Excellent problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Certifications such as CCNA or equivalent are a plus

Educational Requirements:

Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Professional certifications in networking are highly desirable
