As a Manager, Test Execution in the ERP & BI area of Group Digital and IT, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Danfoss’ digital backbone. Your leadership in SAP testing will directly support our global digitalization and electrification agenda, enabling smarter, more connected systems that drive energy efficiency and sustainability. By fostering best practices and continuous improvement, you will help shape a future-ready ERP landscape that empowers business growth and innovation. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and manage SAP testing activities across implementation and rollout projects, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes. Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases aligned with project objectives and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—SAP consultants, ABAP developers, business analysts—to streamline testing processes and resolve integration challenges. Drive defect management, monitor progress, and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders. Partner with the Test Automation team to enhance test packages and accelerate automation initiatives. Champion quality standards and best practices, acting as the go-to expert for all testing-related matters. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize testing methodologies and leverage tools like TOSCA for efficiency and scalability. What We're Looking For Experience: 10+ years in SAP testing with proven success as a Test Manager in large-scale ERP projects. Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP functional modules, business processes, and integration points. Skills: Test planning, strategy development, execution methodologies, and familiarity with automation frameworks. Mindset: A growth‑oriented leader who thrives on solving complex problems, embraces change, and inspires teams to achieve excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership capabilities.
