As the VP of Product, Systems, and Analytics at Intercare Therapy, I am seeking a highly motivated and experienced ABA Therapy Business Analyst with a focus on analytics, specifically in Tableau, to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations to provide insights into the company's clinical and business operations.
  • Build and maintain Excel reports to provide data-driven insights to various stakeholders.
  • Teach and coach team members on how to use Excel and Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders within the organization to ensure that insights are communicated effectively.
  • Contribute to the company's roadmap and strategic direction by analyzing industry trends and providing insights on how to position the company for success.

Job Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive insights.
  • Proficient in Tableau, SQL, Excel, and Smartsheet.
  • Proficient in Data Visualization.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Central Reach required.
  • Experience in data analytics, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in Tableau for 2-3 years preferred.
  • Experience creating custom SQL tables and views in reporting.
  • Experience with DBT for 1+ years preferred.
  • Experience with Amazon Redshift or other database management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
