JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Director of Sales & Marketing is a \"workingmanager\" role. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned sales executive whopossesses business acumen, drive for results, and track record ofperformance. Our sales strategy calls for both maximizing thepenetration of our products and services into our customer base as wellas driving the acquisition of increased market share in our targetedregions. What You\'ll Do Develop and implement clear and quantifiablebusiness development strategies which will deliver profitable growth tobusiness. Elevate the sales team\'s effectiveness by leveraging theirdiverse skills and perspectives to gain market share. Enhance theorganization\'s competitive edge through existing product innovation andnew product development in the food merchandising equipment marketplace.Interface directly with key customers to ensure continued businessrelationships leading to profitable growth. Develop sales pipeline toachieve sales and profitability results. What You\'ll Bring Bachelor\'sdegree required in Business, Engineering or related field Minimum 15years in a sales operation, business planning, or sales supportmanagement role. Minimum 5 years in sales management Excellent sales /product strategy development and problem-solving skills. Demonstratestrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport across thecompany and our customers. Experience in the Foodservice Industry,either Commercial or Residential, preferred. Product management anddigital marketing experience preferred. Travel is required for thisposition (25% - 40%).
