Essential Functions:

* Meet or exceed sales budget.

* Work with all aspects of the customer from engineering, procurement, quality, C-level, etc.

* Responsible for understanding our products and communicating advantages, differintiators, etc with engineering while providing technical support utilizing internal resources.

* Maintain high level of service to current customer base and develop targeted new customers.

* Establish territory strategy and implement both short- and long-term goals.

* Built relationships with internal team including Customer Service, Product Management, Field Application Engineers, Quote team, etc to help support territory strategy.

* Manage distribution partners and establish annual goals, strategies, perform product training, and quarterly business reviews.

* Monitor and communicate local market trends.

* Support Pricing Analyst with major RFQs where needed.

* Demonstrated ability to use and maintain dynamic CRM (i.e. Salesforce).

Physical Requirements:

* Remains in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
