*Responsibilities*
MHS - Pedi Psych
1) Unit Name: Epstein 2 Pediatric Psychiatry.
2) Brief Unit Description: Inpatient Program, patients ages 3 to 18 years of age who require inpatient stay receive 24-hour care through our child and adolescent services program. We offer a nurturing and non-coercive environment.
3) Years of Experience Required: 2 years minimum.
4) Skill Sets Required: Trauma informed, patient-centered, and verbally capable of de-escalating patients.
5) Clinician to Patient Ratio: 1:2 to 1:2.75.
6) Patient Population: Children and Adolescents ages 3-18.
7) Bed Count: 30.
8) Census: 12-25.
9) EMR (Charting System): EPIC.
10) Floating Required: Yes, to other behavioral health areas within the Epstein Units and AMHU.
11) Rotating Shifts Required: Yes, up to 20% for Day positions. Not required for Night positions.
12) Certifications: Bachelors Preferred. BLS Preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
