About You:

Responsibilities:
As an Outpatient Therapist, you'll be responsible for evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating and implementing treatment plans, and providing excellent customer service to clients. You'll also collaborate with our team to further our mission and provide creative interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
Other responsibilities include preparing and submitting individual documentation for each session, maintaining a caseload of at least 30 client visits per week, and coordinating services with case managers, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
We're looking for a candidate with a master's degree in a behavioral science or related field and on-track licensure in their designated field. You'll need to have experience with completing diagnoses, treatment plans, and clinical case notes. Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
You'll also need to be proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems, with Valant experience being a plus.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates with clinical licensure (LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT, etc.) and Board Approved Supervisor experience are highly preferred. We're also looking for individuals with experience working with adults, couples, and families, as well as general knowledge of therapy services provided in an outpatient setting, community resources, and insurance billing.
Certification in specialty treatment modalities is also a plus.
