Stop by the front desk to check inPerform Opening & Closing procedures as instructedMaintain professional decorum and image at all timesGreet Members /Guests respectfully and on timeExplain proper draping and disrobing to MemberDescribe procedure of treatment to Member/Guest prior to giving the serviceFollow code of ethics for massage therapists as outlined in manualPerform all treatments in a consistent manner according to the procedures set forth by the massage manual and trainersEscort guests as needed to the locker areas or next appointmentReview Daily Sales Summary of member services rendered for correct information. Corrections to be forwarded to spa director in a timely manner as it relative to treatment change & providers payClean and re-stock treatment rooms and massages rooms as outline in manualHelp maintain the common area and relaxation room; regularly check new memos in sign-in notebook located at spa front deskMust be able to tolerate a close knit environment with constant co-work involvementMaintain availability and dedication to The Spa at St Andrews, being available to work as needed including weekends, holidays and eveningsBe a team player by providing assistance as necessary to other spa team staff members and managementProvide spa tours as necessary.Does not prescribe, diagnose or suggest ailmentsDoes not solicit personal clients, house call or the selling of personal products.Refrain from discussing company or personal business with guests or membersMarginal Job FunctionsPerform other tasks as assigned by Spa Director or Assistant Manager.Participate and attend all training classes and staff meetings.Notify Managers of any complaints or problems which you can not handle.Inform Managers of any needed items.Physical RequirementsAble to lift up to 50lbs.Able to stand for a long period of time (up to average 8 hour shifts)Must be able to sit, stand, crouch, stoop and knell when assisting Members with their needs.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
