Are you a morning person who enjoys having your afternoons free? In Helena, MT, we are looking for a Breakfast Bar Attendant to join our team. Your responsibilities will include setting up, cleaning up, sanitizing, and restocking the breakfast area and kitchen. You will have the opportunity to engage with our morning guests and get to know our regular clientele. The breakfast bar operates for 3 hours daily, 7 days a week. Throughout your shift, you will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the breakfast buffet. Our ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and goes the extra mile to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience. Training will be provided through online Safe Serve modules. Responsibilities: • Coordinate the daily activities to ensure that breakfast is prepared following food handling regulations, guidelines, and brand standards. • Prepare food in advance for the breakfast service and keep replenishing throughout the breakfast hours. • Greet guests warmly with a smile and engage with them while they enjoy their breakfast. • Manage inventory of all food supplies and support in placing food orders when needed. • Have a thorough understanding of the correct maintenance and operation of equipment. • Maintain cleanliness in work areas all day by following clean-as-you-go procedures. Qualifications: • Must have a solid understanding of food service regulations. • Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal communication skills are a must. • Capable of lifting and carrying heavy trays with ease and speed. • Able to stand for extended periods of time. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Skilled in prioritizing, organizing, and managing multiple tasks efficiently. Compensation: $14 - $15 hourly
