A Day In The Life
- Organize and schedule dealership visits to drive production, development, and sales.
- Assist dealer management in setting standards for sales skills and holding dealership personnel accountable for performance standards.
- Analyze and report monthly and quarterly metrics objectives for each dealership.
- Model and demonstrate sales and F&I process skills in the retail environment.
What We Need From You
- Bachelor's Degree and 5-8 years of related experience in dealership operations.
- Ability to work independently within budget and effectively utilize Salesforce.
- Positive attitude, leadership, and commitment to exceeding goals.
Travel Requirements
80% travel required
