Located in *Northampton, MA*, we are a community offering retirement living with assistance, for singles and couples, 62 or older, with a rewarding lifestyle on a magnificent 12-acre site adjacent to the Fitzgerald Lake Conservation area. WE are committed to fostering an environment that promotes an exceptional quality of life and the opportunity to form meaningful relationships, for both our residents and our staff. **$500 sign on bonus**

**Responsibilities for our Housekeeping position will include:**

* Cleaning and wiping windows, doors, walls, closets and fixtures in rooms, public areas and hallways

* Washing shower walls and tubs, cleans toilets and mirrors

* Cleaning counters, emptying trash, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets

* Striping and remaking beds

* Sending used linens to laundry

* Performing other duties as assigned or requested by management

**Required Skills:**

* Maintains a friendly and courteous demeanor, at all times

* Should be dependable and reliable

* Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal

* Previous housekeeping experience preferred

* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

* Ability to follow instructions both written and verbal

* Should have a positive attitude with a high work ethic
