Located in *Northampton, MA*, we are a community offering retirement living with assistance, for singles and couples, 62 or older, with a rewarding lifestyle on a magnificent 12-acre site adjacent to the Fitzgerald Lake Conservation area. **Responsibilities for our Housekeeping position will include:**

* Cleaning and wiping windows, doors, walls, closets and fixtures in rooms, public areas and hallways

* Washing shower walls and tubs, cleans toilets and mirrors

* Cleaning counters, emptying trash, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets

* Striping and remaking beds

* Sending used linens to laundry

* Performing other duties as assigned or requested by management

**Required Skills:**

* Maintains a friendly and courteous demeanor, at all times

* Should be dependable and reliable

* Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal

* Previous housekeeping experience preferred

* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

* Ability to follow instructions both written and verbal

* Should have a positive attitude with a high work ethic
