Analyst - Replenishment & Forecasting

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The analyst will work daily with our stores, Marketing department, and distribution teams to ensure our locations are in stock with 3rd party vendor and UDF delivered products. The analyst will create and analyze reporting to assist the Marketing department with business decisions regarding product distribution, pricing, and forecasting.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with Ordering Manager on Data analysis for reporting and forecasting.
- Resolve support calls from stores and wholesale accounts.
- Support marketing initiatives from Category Managers related to:
- Products
- Product Distribution
- Promotions
- Program implementation
- Facilitate the purchasing and distribution of supplies to stores.
- Measure product demand and prepare forecasts based on order data.
- Support purchasing, production or inventory management to ensure orders can be fulfilled.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree OR 3 years of convenience store management experience
- Analytical and Problem-Solving capabilities.
- Previous experience managing small to medium interdepartmental projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook OR willingness/ability to learn quickly.
