Job Description:AP Plumbing is seeking an experienced Commercial Service Plumber for their Syracuse, NY, location. The plumber will service all equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems for all our clients while maintaining our high standards for safety and quality.This position would be ideal for an experienced plumber with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow further in their trade.Summary:For over 30 years, AP Plumbing has worked diligently to meet the plumbing needs of homeowners and businesses in the Rochester and Syracuse communities. AP partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company.Responsibilities:Perform plumbing-related services in commercial jobsRepair, and maintain rough and finish plumbing systems and fixturesDiagnose and repair issues related to system performance or failurePerform drain cleanings on plumbing systemsIdentity proper materials and quantities for new and existing projectsContinued communication with dispatch, management, and team members Job Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 3 years of experience with commercial plumbingValid driver's license / clean driving recordAbility to lift and move up to 60 pounds Competencies:Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skillsStrong administrative skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to work individually and as part of a teamProblem-solving skills What can we offer you?Opportunities for Advancement Within a Growing OrganizationSafe Working ConditionsCompany Vehicle Medical, Dental, and VisionPaid HolidaysFamily EnvironmentThe starting hourly base wage for this position is $32-38. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position.
