The Digital Experience Program Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Senior Manager, Digital Experience by leading operational planning and program management to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives. This role focuses on process efficiency, managing timelines, and coordinating cross‑functional efforts to deliver on the team’s objectives. The Program Manager serves as the operational backbone, enabling the Senior Manager to focus on strategy and vision. They work closely with key stakeholders across Digital Merchandising, Product Management, XD, Analytics, and Technology to manage workflows, track deliverables, and ensure alignment across teams. In this role, the ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of program management standards, concepts, and principles, with the ability to independently manage small to moderate programs. The Program Manager proactively manages program execution by tracking dependencies, risks, and schedules while understanding requirements gathering, prioritization, and clear communication with stakeholders. They also leverage data to evaluate program performance, communicate progress, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities Maintain and optimize planning processes that streamline intake, prioritization, and execution of initiatives. Translate strategic objectives into actionable program plans and workback schedules, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes. Create transparency across roadmaps by tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across teams. Use data to report status, evaluate program performance, and communicate progress using fact‑based and relevant insights. Develop and deliver artifacts (e.g., Confluence pages, reports, presentations) to track and communicate program progress to stakeholders. Support stakeholder alignment by organizing meetings, synthesizing inputs, and managing follow‑ups to ensure accountability. Facilitate process efficiencies to enable the Senior Manager to focus on strategy by managing operational details and logistics. Develop training materials and documentation to educate teams on processes, new features, and functionality. Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance program management and delivery. Qualifications 5+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in a digital or e‑commerce environment. Proven ability to manage complex projects and timelines while driving cross‑functional alignment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of synthesizing information and creating & optimizing processes. Experience with tools and frameworks for program tracking (e.g., roadmaps, dashboards, PowerPoint). Highly collaborative mindset with a track record of influencing and partnering effectively across stakeholder groups. Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex ideas into actionable plans and communicating updates to leadership. Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and proactively address challenges. Adept at problem‑solving and identifying process improvement opportunities. Pay Range Details $92,000.00 – $155,000.00 Annual. This position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives/bonuses.
