Senior Proposal Analyst

Your Opportunity The Senior Proposal Analyst will work closely with Business Development, the Solutions team, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other key staff to develop and deliver high-quality, compelling proposals in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The role contributes throughout the entire proposal process—from pre‑work to proposal creation, delivery, and limited post‑submission support. Proposal Development Responsibilities Partner with Business Development lead to drive the proposal process from start to finish, serving as the primary point of contact for proposal development tasks. Review RFPs in detail and identify mandatory business requirements. Provide all documentation needed for proposal construction to involved parties. Guide the Associate Proposal Analyst and/or Proposal Writer on tasks such as text shell construction, staffing documents, appendices, and mandatory forms. Collaborate with the Associate Proposal Analyst and/or Proposal Writer to populate or customize proposal text for each proposal. Supervise or complete incorporation of edits, proofreading, and final editing/formatting of text. Deliver error‑free files for proposal production. Oversee and support proposal production tasks as needed. Assist in training Associate Proposal Analysts on proposal processes. Assist in updating and maintaining boilerplate text owned by the proposals team. Support updates to and maintenance of training materials for all proposals team roles. Qualifications BA or BS, preferably in English, Journalism, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in proposal writing/management or other relevant writing/business experience. Experience in the education or assessment industry preferred. Expert proficiency with Microsoft 365 skills, knowledge, and abilities. Highly organized and detail‑oriented. Ability to work independently while remaining committed and responsive to the team. Excellent writing and editing skills. Exceptional project management, planning, and time management skills. Assertive yet diplomatic communication style. Compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including skill set, level of experience, and specific location. The minimum full‑time salary range is $80,000 to $90,000. The position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
