Technology Advisory Consulting Manager – Crowe Overview Join Crowe as a seasoned Tech Advisory Consultant Manager to help clients assess technology needs, develop tailored solutions, and oversee strategic initiatives. Your role will involve technology strategy, IT project management, and business process analysis. Key Responsibilities Partner with clients to understand business objectives, technology challenges, and opportunities; conduct comprehensive assessments and develop actionable strategies. Develop and deliver technology roadmaps and implementation plans; provide guidance on IT governance, risk management, and compliance. Oversee IT projects from inception to completion; ensure on‑time, on‑scope, and on‑budget delivery through coordination with implementation partners and stakeholders. Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities and digital transformation options. Evaluate and recommend technology solutions; stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. Facilitate clear communication with clients, team members, and senior management; prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of the consulting practice. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum five (5) years of technology consulting experience, including IT due diligence, project management, or similar roles servicing private equity clients. Experience with Manufacturing & Distribution clients a plus. Prior data analytics experience. Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation. Excellent problem‑solving, strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills. Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL, COBIT) a plus. Hybrid or remote work arrangement; 25‑50% travel required. Compensation Salary range: $111,600.00 – $215,300.00 per year (adjusted for factors such as skill set, experience, and location).
