In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including operating the scale trucks, maintaining a professional attitude with visitors, answering a multi-line phone system, data entry, reconciling scale tickets, working in Excel, and handling filing and alphabetizing duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Excel and data management.

Pay: $18.50

Responsibilities:

  • Operate scale trucks and ensure accurate weighing of materials
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with visitors and clients
  • Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
  • Reconcile scale tickets and maintain accurate records
  • Comfortable working with Excel and performing spreadsheet tasks
  • Handle filing and alphabetizing duties to ensure proper documentation organization

Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating scale trucks is preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data entry and data management
  • Comfortable working with Excel and performing spreadsheet tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a professional attitude in all interactions
  • Strong filing and alphabetizing skills
  • Must adhere to the dress code, wearing long pants and a shirt that covers the shoulders
  • PPE requirements: Shoes must cover heel and toes
