We offer competitive weekly pay with travel time and mileage reimbursement. On average, our full-time Home Health Physical Therapists are making between $97,000 and $120,000 per year.

Job Description
As a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT), you will provide home-based physical therapy to patients who have lost mobility, strength, and functionality due to an illness or injury. You will work as part of a home health team focused on the patient's plan of care and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Observe movements, conduct assessments, document progress, and modify care plans as needed.
  • Assist patients with exercises and hands-on therapy to manage pain and increase mobility.
  • Educate patients on their plan of care, established goals, exercises, and self-care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess good clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, dexterity, and compassion. Additionally, you should be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program and hold an active PT license in Colorado. A minimum of one year of physical therapy experience, ideally in home healthcare, is also required.
