Job Title: Full-Time School Paraprofessional
Location: Gill, MA

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time School Paraprofessional to join our team in Gill, MA. The paraprofessional will work closely with teachers and staff to support students' educational and behavioral needs. Responsibilities include assisting in the classroom, providing one-on-one or small group support, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom management and lesson preparation.
• Provide individual and small group instruction to students.
• Support students with special needs by implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Help monitor student behavior and provide positive reinforcement.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred).
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
