Accentuate Staffing is assisting a client of ours in the Clayton area recruit for a Quality Improvement Specialist to join their team. This is a contract to hire opportunity. Day and Night shift positions available. Must be available to work a 12 hour rotating shift.
Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve quality issues occurring during shifts.
Address non-conformities and impromptu events in a timely manner.
Ensure Batch Production Records (BPR) are accurate and receive timely approvals.
Collaborate with process teams to develop preventive actions, reducing the likelihood of quality issues reoccurring.
Ensure training programs comply and verify training effectiveness.
Work closely with team members to enhance quality and compliance.
Communicate corrective actions from investigations clearly and ensure all team members are informed.
Maintain compliance with standardized operating procedures (DFP standards) during shifts.
Perform regular compliance assessments and audits.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
Aseptic Processing experience preferred.
Candidates must be computer savvy with Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience with SAP a plus
Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
