OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced NetSuite Administrator to join our client's team in Houston, TX on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, and optimization of their NetSuite ERP system. You will work closely with various business units to streamline processes, manage system configurations, and ensure data integrity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the NetSuite system, including system configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Create and maintain customizations (e.g., saved searches, workflows, reports, and dashboards).
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and system security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within NetSuite, coordinating with external support as needed.
  • Implement new modules and features to enhance system functionality.
  • Maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and customizations.
  • Train end-users and provide ongoing support.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and business processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
  • Experience with NetSuite integrations and third-party applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred.
